Overview
Flow wrappers form film around a product traveling horizontally and seal it into a pillow pack. We size machines for everything from small cracker packs and masks up to bread loaves and sandwiches — product size is the first thing we look at.
Good for
- Bread & buns
- Crackers & biscuits
- Sandwiches
- Bars
- Soap & non-food items

Film loading

Top-loaded film
Film feeds from above, so the long seam ends up underneath. Usually best for one larger product per pack.

Bottom-loaded film
Film feeds from below, so the seam ends up on top. Usually best for multiples of smaller products.
Sealing mechanism

Rotary sealing
The fastest, simplest option — ideal for flatter packs.

Box-motion sealing
The sealing jaws travel with the product for longer dwell time and more height, so taller items seal cleanly.
Built to your specs
Every machine we supply can be customized — speed, package size, materials, dosing and footprint are configured around your product and your plant, not a fixed catalog sheet.
Tell us a few details and we'll recommend the right configuration:
- Your product and how it flows (pieces, powder, liquid)
- Package type and size
- Target output
- Available floor space and power
