fLOW wRAPPER cONFIGURATIONS
Size
Like most of our machines, the size of your product is the first thing to consider when selecting the machine. We have a wide selection of different sized flow wrap machines to seal small things like plastic masks and cracker packs to larger things like bread loafs and sandwiches.
Top and Bottom Film Loading Mechanisms
Top loader
Film gets loaded from the top, so the lateral heat sealing seam ends up on the bottom in the end of the process.
It is typically recomennded to use this method with packaging one big product.
Bottom Loader
The film gets loaded from the bottom so the lateral seam ends up on the top of the product at the end of the process.
This is usually recommended for multiples of smaller products.
Sealing Mechanisms
Rotary Flow Wrapping
This kind of flow wrapping is the king of speed and simplicity which yields your product packed in flatter bags.
Box Motion Wrapping
This style of flow wrapping allows the heat sealing mechanism to have more vertical flexibility to allow for taller products.
